resembled abraham yesterday morning. the driver says the man was carrying a stuffed animal. it was similar to one missing from his home. he is considered at risk he suffered a head injury last week this, is you tube video of abraham talking about that injury. he was last seen wednesday night. a search in the santa cruz mountains has been suspended while images are reviewed. >> the fbi looking for this man. accuse of i h.of a takeover style robbery in pinole. he was arrested after it happened but released from a contra costa county jail. now, temperatures want him back in custody. agents say he jumped over the counter, demanding money. the fbi says he's armed and considered dangerous. >> police arrested a car jacking suspect after firing

shots into the stolen taxi. >> this started around 4:30 this morning. the cabby ran away and police tried to pin him in. the driver rammed their car so they opened fire on the cabs. people couldn't believe this happened in their neighborhood. >> on a friday morning. >> this is the first time i've experienced something like this. just go dog drop off my kids. and in this neighborhood? unlikely. >> the driver kept going and police found him thanks to the gps. they arrested the man for car jacking and assault on a police officer. >> after four years two, mistrials a former crime lab technician pleaded guilty to misdemeanor cocaine possession.

this case compromised hundreds of cases. she was tried twice before on charges of taking cocaine from the crime lab. >> nudists resubmitted a complaint to a judge in an attempt to overturn the nudity ban. saying the law is unconstitution skbral they're being unfairly targeted by police. they say police ignored those involved in a naked bike ride on march 9th. >> san jose police department is getting reinforcements. 43 new officers graduated today. the first class of graduates since 2009. the police force has been down by as many as 300 officers because of state, and city budget issues. >> last couple years have been very difficult.

there are staffing shortages. there is light at the end of the tunnel. >> the mayor says several more academies are lined up with more than 1600 applicants for the next training session to begin in september. >> neighbors might find their trash still on the curb right now, waiting to be picked up. >> that is because of a fire-hour work stoppage. >> people in oakland were probably sound asleep when hundreds of employees put on vests and refused to go to work. >> this message is that people are going to call them when there is this kind of problem going on. >> the long shore and warehouse union spokesman says waste management is using e-verify illegally and picking on immigrant workers. >> the company wasn't supposed to use witness out consulting with workers.

the can and it will get picked up, tomorrow. another concert has been cancelled in the wake of a wik by san francisco symphony musicians. as of now, musicians are unhappy with the contract proposal including a pay freeze for the first year. management says musicians are already the third highest paid in the country. an announcement will be made tomorrow about the status two of other concerts scheduled for the weekend. >> breaking news out of south florida. three people have died in a small plane crash. witnesses sate twin-engine plane was trying to return to the airport after having difficulty following takeoff. rolling on its skpid then, flipped over and crashed into that parking lot setting several cars on fire. it happened at 4:00 florida time. all three people on the plane died. there are no reports of any injuries on the ground. >> an ohio teenager testified

today that he saw friends perform a sex act on a 16-year-old girl following an alcohol-fueled party last summer. the teen granted immunity in his testimony in the trial of two high school football players accused of rape. the boy says he reported -- recorded part of the assault and later deleted part of the video. his testimony is crucial to the prosecution's case. the girl says she doesn't remember what happened. the two defendants, aged 16 and 17 say the sex was consensual. >> happening now in maryland health officials are reporting the death of a man from rain ease following a liver transplant. doctors knew the donor had encephalitis but not know rabies was the cause. the recipient had a deliver for about a year before symptoms appeared. >> time to get a check of the weekend forecast. kind of raisey today, overcast. >> yes. changes are on the way. >> yes. changes include rain.

eerks a school bus driver from fla has been fired after cameras caught him taking a breakfast break. the video shows howard moore senior leaving the students while he pulled over. the students heard on the video asking if moore picked anything up for them. the district says what moore did was against their policy. >> boeing executives promising their troubled dream liner jet will fly again in just weeks. the company unveiled a fix for the batteries yesterday. it involves better insulation with a fire-proof shell around them. a venting system should starve

mailbox will remain a stand alone app and drop box incorporating mailbox features into products. it's the latest move to expand beyond it's core product. february was not a great month for the video game industry. total sales dropped 25% year after year with hardware sails sales showing the biggest fall. x box 360 remains top-selling console and wii-u showed games said phase three was the number one game. a report showing consumer confidence fell weighed on stocks today. facebook ceo mark zuckerberg gets highest approval ratings of any ceo in the company. 99% approve of the job performance. a 14% gain for last year.

a staunch conservative is changing his stance on same-sex marriage. vick ratner from washington on what brought about the senator's change of heart. >> ohio republican senator rob portman had a change of heart on the subject of same-sex marriage. it puts him at odds with many in his party. portman writes i have come to believe that if two people are prepared to make a lifetime commitment the government shouldn't deny them the opportunity to get married. portman said his view that's marriage can be defined only between a man and woman started to change in 201011 when his college aged son told him he is gay. >> in an interview with cnn the senator said as a father he wants all of his children to have happy life was the

more couples choosing to delay marriage until later in life but finds 48% of first time births happening outside of marriage. researchers at the university of virginia found many middle class young people in their 20s are choosing to have kids before tying the knot. that study found couples in mid-20s might otherwise get married are being discouraged by parents, friends or possibly culture. >> this afternoon, breast cancer patients could face higher risk of heart disease after being treated with
